Why We Began
A path we wished existed when we first went to Japan.
Sakura Pathway started with a simple frustration. Years ago, as students arriving in Tokyo with little guidance, our founders learned the hard way how confusing the journey could be — unclear school choices, opaque costs, and visa paperwork that left families anxious back home.
We promised ourselves that future students would never have to walk that path alone. So we built the consultancy we wished we'd had: one that treats every student like family, explains every step in plain language, and never recommends a school it wouldn't choose for its own.
Today we guide hundreds of students and parents each year — from the first conversation about dreams and budgets, all the way to the first day on campus in Japan.
